It is the company behind Asia's landmark restaurant, Scarlett, in Bangkok (and sisters in Hong Kong, Ginett in Singapore, and Babett in Yangon).
It has won an amazing array of awards, including Michelin recognitions.
R&B Lab is run by visionary chef, Sylvain Royer, a distinguished Maître Cuisiner de France.
R&B Lab's branding wants to represent the focus the company has on good food, the passion they put in each concept they create, as well as the vibrance of the company, that allows them to come up with market gap filling brands.
